* All designs are copyright and remain the property of Seal Cards

* There is a minimum order of 20 cards (1 design) for invitations / wedding stationery and 10 for Christmas cards (1 design).

* All cards are unique because they are 'Hand made', slight variations may occur between items. Papers, card and materials are subject to availability and could differ slightly from the chosen sample This is merely a feature of a genuine handmade product.

* Orders take 4-6 weeks to process once the order form has been received for wedding stationery,2-3 weeks for Christmas cards.

* We are, at times able to fulfil orders with shorter lead times and will do our utmost to honour all reasonable requests.

* The prices quoted for our Invitations include personalised printed inserts and 100gsm white envelopes.

* We aim to complete invitations 12/14 weeks before your wedding date. If you require your invitations before this, you must state this at the time of ordering.

* Proofs will be e-mailed or sent for each stationery item ordered (if applicable). These must be signed off via e-mail or posted to us prior to the commencement of your order being made. Please note that proofs sent in the post will incur a £5.00 administration charge, there will be no charge for proofs sent via e-mail.

* The final proof reading is the responsibility of the purchaser. Any amendments made to the order after proofing will result in additional production costs.

* Postage & packaging is charged extra and will be calculated depending on size and quantity, this will be added to the final invoice.

* Local orders can be collected.

* In the event of cancellation Seal Cards reserves the right to claim lost revenue; cancellations must be received in writing. In the event of an order being cancelled all completed work that exceeds the deposit must be paid for. As your Wedding Stationery is personalised and unique to you, cancelled orders following the approval of the final proof will have to be paid for in full.

* We will do our utmost to ensure that your Stationery order arrives to you in perfect condition. Any damages during the postal process must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt of your order. Seal Cards will not be held responsible for damages which occur during the subsequent
individual posting of items. (e.g. when you post your invitations to your guests)

* For extra invitations required we have a minimum order of 5.
